We have owned loved her for over 16 yrs.
But its time to move on.
Here is a list of some of the stuff she has.
All the top windows were replaced in Dec 2016 to Jan 2017.
All thee bottom windows we're replaces March 2017.
There all new and we're replaced with 60mil Stradoglass, All less then a yr old.
I replaced all the oil coolers new heat exchangers less then 3 yrs ago, anticipating a couple years of cruising done south but never happened.
It has a 27" HD tv with a Bose surround sound system that really sounds great along with a blue ray player.
HDTV in the master state room with a dvd player also.
We have a chest freezer on the aft deck that I think is about 3 or 4 yrs old.
Having a freezer was a
huge benefit to us being a live aboard.
But we've not lived on the boat for 3 yrs now.
I also put a bigger anchor then the boat needs.
I put a 60H high test 60 lb Danforth.
It had a 35LB Danforth on it when we bought it, so I have that for a spare anchor.
I also have a 23 lb Danforth with 50ft chain 230 ft rope that I use for a aft anchor.
The hours are 2400 on the drive engines 1700 on the generator.
The Dingy we bought new in 2010, It is a 11ft Apex with fish finder fishing pole
holders, and a 20hp Nissan outboard that pushes it along with 2 people at about 20mph, It really runs good it comes with custom fit cover.
We we're going to remove the Kayaks but we will leave them on for you.
They are the Ocean Kayaks 1 is s standard model and the other is the XL model it carries a little more weight is a little longer.
Comes with snap in seats, oars cover.
The aft bed is a select comfort mattress, It is a really good mattress.
It also comes with the tool box full of tools, drill press, bench grinder vice along with some spare parts.
Washer dryer combo.
All the bright work is in great
shape, we have covers for most of the teak so it stays really nice.
This year we had all the strips on the fly bridge painted along with the window frames, rub rail anything else that it needed, Looks great.
We also put on rocker stoppers, They have 10.5 feet ss poles that is powder coated the same color as the boat.
I built them so they could be deployed retrieved from the flybridge.
They are heaven sent for the people like us that prefer anchoring.
She holds 951 gal diesel 365 gal
water 35 gal holding tank. 2 state rooms 2 heads both with electric flush toilets.
There is probably more to say but I can't think of it now but this is a good start.
Surveyed 4yrs ago at $250,000.
